Nichols Energy Services  is a family owned business with over 65 years of service to the energy industry. Fred R. Nichols, founder, and Lyman W. Nichols Sr. were both life-long land professionals legendary for their knowledge of titles, work ethic, demand for quality land work and frugality. Today we proudly continue these traditions.

Lyman W.  "Nick" Nichols, Jr. is a third generation landman and has been president of the company since 1981.  Under his leadership, the company has managed  projects of all sizes, from title work for the individual mineral owner to multi-million dollar acquisitions and divestitures of large corporations.
